At least you're going in the right direction with the weight loss, better going down than up, and anything is better than nothing, so congratulations!

Hmmm, I think I'm going to go out with my heat gun and melt some of the snow later, lol. I've had enough of it too!

hey hey HEY! 1.5 pounds is bloody brilliant! do you know how many fewer calories you had to eat to loose that.. nope, neither do i, but i bet it;s something crazy like 3000.. now imagine you'd put 1.5 on, and how gutted you'd be. you've done well, and each week you do that you are working your way to your goal. (yes i know i sound like some caffinated cheerleader, but be proud! we'd all like it to be 7lb losses each week, but then we'd be living in an alternate reality where food isn't quite so yummy!)
