All systems go

So, we're officially *on the market* with a piccie in the estate agent window and details online.  Plus, we received Graham's contracts and stuff today.

Rather scary but very exciting all at the same time.

Feeling paranoid that nobody will like our house but there's not a lot I can do about it now.  Fingers crossed somebody has some spare pennies and likes it.

The girlie wirlies are grand and have  been making the most of the sunshine.

For the first time ...........

In a very long time I've been able to open the door to visitors and not have to say *lovely to see you; please excuse the mess*.

We had the lovely Charlotte and gorgeous George come for a playdate.  Most of the day was spent in the garden and I think we'll all sleep well tonight.

The equally lovely Marja and beautiful Noemie couldn't make it but we're hoping for a rematch.

Honestly, I have done so much washing and ironing today it just isn't funny.  I'm sure that Graham has been smuggling in other people's as there are only four of us.  I did miss a couple of days but this was a real mountain.

*In other news*

The girlie wirlies and have enjoyed the lovely weather.  We've had lots of very complicated games involving fairy realms and magic portals.

I think I may have signed up for after school classes at fairy college but I'm really not sure.

Lucy has spent the day following the sunshine around the garden.

Almost official

The nice man from the Estate Agents came today and we have signed on the dotted line.

He's gone back to his office to get the documents typed up and then another nice man will come and pop a FOR SALE board up in my front garden ............ Scary biscuits!!!

Mind you, that's the easy bit it's the selling that is the tricky part.  We've agreed on a realistic price so you never know.  Hey ho, what will be ..........

*In other news*

Been super busy cleaning the rest of the house and getting rid of even more rubbish at the dump.  I really do think it breeds as we always seem to be clearing stuff.

The girlie wirlies are grand and getting excited about the *big move*.

Still sorting out on Sunday

It's been the turn of my crafty room today and boy did it need a good spring clean.

I uncovered so many things that I'd bought and completely  forgotten about.  I really am ashamed at the amount of money I have spent over the past few years.  I think Graham was a tad shocked  when the rubber stamps kept piling up and up.

It really has shocked me into cutting right back.  Honestly, I  could open a shop  with the amount of stuff I have here.

Hey ho, tomorrow is another day and I have just cut up my credit card.

It was my turn to post on It's a creative world today and if you're wondering what the piccie is pop over.

Sort out Saturday

Getting back  on track and I'm supposed to be sorting out my crafty hidey hole.  So far I've found a load of unopened acrylic stamps and a brand new Clinique lipstick.  It's like going shopping but not having to pay.

I've just finished my It's a creative world post for tomorrow so I should switch off the 'puter and crack on.  I wonder what I'll find next.

Gotta love Fridays.  Mind you, Graham is working tomorrow but, hey, it's still a lovely feeling.

In disgrace

For the second time this week I've managed to lean on wet paint.

Needless to say Graham isn't best pleased with me.  Mind you, the girlie wirlies find it absolutely hilarious.  There really is no hope at all.

We're just doing a final run through on the house and, fingers crossed, it will be going on the market next week.  The last hurdle and potentially the trickiest.  Credit crunch?  What credit crunch?

The girlie wirlies are grand and all geared up for the *big move*.  Not sure how they will feel about loads of people traipsing through the house to have a lookie.  Check out my optimism ............ Loads of people indeed!!!

I'm really not sure where the last few weeks have gone.  Lottie Lou Lou happened to check the calendar and it looks like this week is the last Brownies and Guides.  I've got no cards or pressies sorted so I best get a wriggle on.

My face has gone right down but I'm still feeling a tad stiff in my neck and shoulders.  I also have a bruise on my hip but that's not too bad today.  There really is no hope for me and my divviness.

Just a quickie as I really need to get off this 'puter and get the next lot of washing out.
